These Terms of Use refer only to the use of this website and any charter contract arranged through this website is governed by United Caribbean Airlines’s aircraft charter booking and brokerage general terms and conditions (the General Terms and Conditions), a copy of which can be viewed on this website. You must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions prior to making a charter booking.

4.1 Your use of this website is in accordance with these Terms of Use and also must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within the Curacao or any other jurisdiction.
4.2. Specifically, you will not:
4.2.1. Alter, deface or interfere in any way with the appearance of this website;
4.2.2. Distribute, post or upload any information or material on or via this website which may be illegal in any way whatsoever;
